New to Holistic Health and Wellness? This might be the session for you. At the intro, we will discuss what coaching is and how I can best support you on your journey towards health and wellness.
Single
In our single sessions we will address what you want on an as needed basis.
You decide when and how often we meet so we can commit to your journey on your schedule.
Multi
Sub
With the multiple session packages we will address what you need on a regular basis to keep you on track towards your Health and Wellness Goals. Depending on your needs we will meet Weekly or Biweekly for 3, 6, or 9 months.
